We will explore how recognizing an honoring our authenticity can help us develop meaningful relationships and healthy boundaries. 

Self-Assured! is an open and ongoing group ideal for adults seeking to challenge inhibitions, overcome inner anxieties, and grow in confidence. We will address the root of our inhibitions, practice assertiveness, and learn ways to incorporate our creativity and passions into our endeavors. Each group is limited to 12 participants per session to encourage genuine connections and open discussions. Join us as a new member and return for many more.
