We will continue to dive deeper into our inhibitions as we consider what it is to really become comfortable in our own skin. Join us as we share our experiances, connect with each other, and recognize our own inner strengths. 

Self-Assured! is an open and ongoing group ideal for adults seeking to challenge inhibitions, overcome inner anxieties, and grow in confidence. We will address the root of our inhibitions, practice assertiveness, and learn ways to incorporate our creativity and passions into our endeavors. Each group is limited to 12 participants per session to encourage genuine connections and open discussions. Join us as a new member and return for many more.
